El Camino COIL ME 1190 – 2-in-1 Stroller for Every Season

Looking for a stroller that handles city life, looks great, and won't break the bank? The El Camino Coil ME 1190 is your versatile companion – safely and comfortably carrying your child from birth to 4 years (up to 22 kg).

A spacious, insulated carrycot protects your baby from winter frost, while the large canopy with a built-in ventilation window ensures airflow on summer days. Water-resistant fabrics with UV 50+ protection handle sudden showers and harsh sun, and the inner linings are removable and washable.

Swap the carrycot for the seat unit as your child grows – mounted parent- or world-facing in one click. The backrest adjusts to three positions (95°, 125°, 170°), from active sitting to restful sleep, with a fully adjustable footrest. The 5-point safety harness with magnetic buckle fastens in a single second, and the eco-leather bumper bar swings aside for easy boarding.

The lightweight yet solid aluminium frame carries a telescopic handlebar, ideal for parents of different heights. Special PU wheels on bearings deliver the softness of air-filled tyres – without the risk of punctures. Front and rear suspension smooths every ride, swivel-lock front wheels tackle uneven terrain, and the compact "book" fold makes storage effortless.
